Local roots, decades of building experience
Tom Thomas was born in Cookeville and grew up in a family of general contractors. Today he brings 45 years of construction experience to architect-designed custom homes in Cookeville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.
Start with the property, your design goals, and a realistic discussion of scope and budget. Tom coordinates the building work and stays involved as the home takes shape, from site preparation to the final walkthrough.
T. Thomas General Contractors is licensed and insured in Tennessee. We also serve Baxter, Algood, Monterey, and other Putnam County communities.
